This "know-how" is a high-value asset that is transferred instantly and cannot be "returned" or "unlearned."
 

II. The $25,500 Value Threshold:
Our system is designed to provide users with the capacity to identify and apply for funding opportunities exceeding $25,500 immediately upon activation. Because the potential return on investment is realized the moment the software is accessed—often far exceeding the initial subscription cost—The Funding Forge maintains a strict No-Refund and No-Cancellation Policy.

III. Finality of Fees

1. Non-Refundable: All Subscription Fees and charges are considered fully earned upon invoicing and are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.

2. Commitment to Execution: By executing the subscription, the Licensee acknowledges that they are investing in a transformative result. This policy is highly protective of the Licensor's intellectual property and ensures that resources are allocated only to committed, mission driven entities.

3. No Pro-Rata Credits: In the event of early termination or suspension of the account due to a breach of terms, no pro-rata refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining term.
