3.3 We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are otherwise using the Service in a manner that may cause harm.
4. Plans, Free Access, and Payments
4.1 We may offer different subscription plans, including free, promotional, or paid access levels. The details of each plan (features, fees, term) will be described on the website or in a separate order form.
4.2 Certain free access tiers may not require a credit card and may have lifetime or time-limited access, subject to any conditions described on the website. We reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any free plan at any time, in our sole discretion, without liability to you.
4.3 Paid subscriptions, if applicable, will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as specified at purchase. You authorize us or our payment processor to charge all applicable fees to your selected payment method.
4.4 Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, all fees are non-refundable.

Your User Content does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law or regulation.
5.4 You are solely responsible for any communications, representations, and obligations between you and your clients, including any promises about results, fees, or grant outcomes.

7.2 Except for the limited license granted in Section 3, you acquire no rights in or to the Service or its content. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or branding without our prior written consent.
8. No Professional Advice
8.1 The Service and any information available through it are provided for general informational and operational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.
8.2 You are responsible for obtaining independent professional advice as needed, including legal or financial advice about grant eligibility, compliance, contracts, and business decisions.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

10.3 Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
